Kiki Jordan, Director of the Marin Family Birth Center, teaches this 4-week childbirth class on Wednesdays, starting May 3. Topics covered will include:

  • Physical changes during pregnancy and birth
  • Relaxation techniques
  • Creating the ideal birth plan
  • Benefits of breastfeeding
  • Keys to a gentle recovery
