Bio
Mike Pelfini is an accomplished leadership coach and former CEO with a passion for creating
transformative learning communities with and for CEOs and business owners of small and mid-sized
companies.
Professional Background:
As a CEO within the Easter Seals network and Inspire USA Foundation, Mike built executive teams
of passionate, entrepreneurial experts, resulting in expansion of key services; improved financial
systems; and engaged employees and board. He’s led the development of local and regional
strategic plans and planning systems resulting in increased revenues and profitability.
