- Ability to learn and review company bio and job vacancies
- Opportunity to talk with multiple company recruiters with the chat function
- One-click option to apply for positions listed
- Visit the Job-Seeker Resource booths for additional job search resources
- Be prepared and ready if you are invited by a recruiter to Video Chat
Tips for a Successful Job Fair:
- Make a great first impression! Set your VIRTUAL BOOTH up for success!
- Fill in all available spaces in Premiere Virtual.
- Upload a professional headshot to your recruiter profile in Premiere Virtual.
- Take time to watch the event training video in the FAQ tab in your profile.
- Test run your booth prior to the event to make sure everything is working fine.
- Utilize your pre-defined messages when setting up your recruiter profile to save time.
- Have at least TWO representatives for your company attend the event.
- Come prepared to interview and set up follow up conversations.
- Have a GREAT Event!
