Patrice and Associates Finds Success in Partnership with Chamber, Working Solutions

Working Solutions’ unique combination of business loans and its free consulting program is helping entrepreneur Matt Lopez of Patrice and Associates/Impact Recruiting grow his business. Thanks to the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce and Working Solutions partnership, Lopez was able to get a microloan from the nonprofit to help grow his business. “The partnership with the Chamber is a tremendous value-add,” said Lopez.
For 18 months, Impact Recruiting has specialized in recruiting management for the hospitality and restaurant sectors, filling an important need since not many recruiting companies specialize in this sector. According to Lopez, “We are skilled at building relationships with both our clients and candidates in order to ensure a mutually beneficial fit. Even after our candidate is hired, we stay in contact to provide true, holistic, full-cycle recruiting.”
Working Solutions’ free business consulting program has been instrumental to Impact Recruiting’s growth. The microlender provides its entrepreneurial clients with access to classes, seminars and one-on-one consulting, like the work sessions with labor lawyers Lopez participated in to better address his business requirements under California labor laws. “Working Solutions’ business consulting sessions have been invaluable to growing our business,” said Lopez.
Further growth is in the future for Impact Recruiting. “We would like to expand from one office to other locations and hopefully hire 10 to 12 recruiters. We have three now,” said Lopez.
